| This learning
event will explore and demonstrate a real-life solution which has been
developed by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to streamline its performance
measurement and reporting process. Join us for a discussion on the issues
that face all organizations trying to develop a performance measurement
reporting system. |

In response to
these challenges, the CRA has developed a web-based application to
collect and report performance data and support results-based management
within
the Agency. This presentation will explain why the system was developed,
how it works and the benefits it brings to the reporting process.
It will also discuss and demonstrate the system flexibility needed
to adapt
to ever-changing performance management requirements and stakeholder
needs. |
