What is results-based management
(RBM)? What are the key components, how do you apply them to programs,
and what do they mean in the public sector context?
This one-day, intensive course will cover the RBM basics – from
differentiating between an outcome and an indicator to using the results
to manage. You will get hands-on experience in building logic models/outcomes
maps and performance frameworks. Through discussion, presentations,
a case study and in-class exercises this course will provide participants
with a solid understanding of RBM principles and how to apply them
in their environment.
