PPX Language Policy
The PPX Board of Directors
on April 12, 2002 approved and
put into effect the following PPX Language
Policy
The PPX recognizes the language duality of the membership it serves and within its resources will strive to respond.
| Whenever practicable the PPX will promote and support the use of both official languages in: | |||
| • | communications to PPX members; | ||
| • | notices posted to the PPX website; | ||
| • | learning and exchange events organized by the PPX; and | ||
| • | the Annual Symposium. | ||
Speakers and presenters from federal departments and agencies will be encouraged to use both official languages in their speeches and presentations and will be asked to make the material they use, where feasible, available in both official languages for distribution at events or posting on the PPX website.
